Overview

The Send247 dashboard provides a complete interface for managing your deliveries without writing any code. Perfect for businesses that need quick, reliable delivery management.

Creating a Delivery

To create a new delivery:

  1. Click "New Delivery" in the top right
  2. Enter the pickup address and contact details
  3. Enter the delivery address and recipient contact
  4. Select delivery type (City or Same-Day)
  5. Add package details (size, weight, description)
  6. Click "Create Delivery"

Tracking Deliveries

All active deliveries are shown on your dashboard with real-time status updates:

  • Pending - Waiting for driver assignment
  • Assigned - Driver has accepted the job
  • Picked Up - Package collected from sender
  • In Transit - On the way to destination
  • Delivered - Completed with photo proof

Sharing Tracking Links

Every delivery gets a unique tracking URL you can share with your customers. They'll see live GPS location and estimated arrival time.
