   When you use an AI assistant connected to Send247, the assistant can send information needed to request a delivery quote, create a delivery request or retrieve delivery status.

   Depending on the action, this information includes:

   • Collection and delivery addresses, postcodes, towns and counties/regions.
   • Sender and recipient names and phone numbers.
   • Package size, applicable category and delivery instructions.
   • Quote tokens, delivery references and the information needed to identify the requested operation.

   Send247 returns the result of the requested operation to the connected assistant. Results can include service options, prices, currency, quote references/tokens, delivery references, delivery status, payment links and their expiry times.

   The MCP tools are designed to receive delivery-related inputs, rather than requiring your entire conversation. Information entered into delivery instructions or other fields is also sent to Send247. Avoid including unrelated personal or sensitive information.

   Your AI-assistant provider separately handles your conversations and its interaction with connected services under its own policies. Disconnecting Send247 from an assistant does not itself cancel a delivery or erase records already created in our systems.

   If someone arranges a delivery for you, we may receive your contact and address details from that person through their assistant or another booking channel, rather than directly from you.

10. 10. Payments associated with delivery requests

    Our delivery MCP can return a link to checkout. Receiving a link or creating a delivery request does not by itself mean payment has completed. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.

    Do not enter card numbers, security codes or bank credentials in delivery instructions or MCP tool inputs.

11. 11. Why we use delivery information

    We use delivery information to calculate quotes, create and manage delivery requests, coordinate collection and delivery, provide tracking and service messages, handle payment-related support, and resolve delivery problems.

Stripe receives information required for payment processing. Our technical service providers process information needed to operate the service.

    Connected assistants receive the results described in the AI-assistant section above.
