How To Send A Package

  1. Select a Saved address or enter a Pick up address and contact details (It is recommended to save frequent addresses in the app)
  2. Select (Saved) or enter a Drop-off address and contact details.
  3. Select the package type from our list of package types
  4. Select the Package size from Small (0-4kg), Medium (4 - 12kg) and Large (12kg+)
  5. You can upload an image or add additional note to provide more context to the Delivery partner
  6. Select a Delivery mode
  7. Apply promo code where applicable and Pay using Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
  8. Your send request is now complete. You can track the progress of your package the official send247 App/ Whatsapp Chatbot
