How to send a package

Booking a door-to-door courier takes a couple of minutes. Here's exactly what to expect.

    Enter a pickup address

    Select a saved address or enter a pickup address and contact details. Saving frequent addresses in the app makes future bookings faster.

    Enter a drop-off address

    Select a saved address or enter the drop-off address and recipient contact details.

  3. 3

    Choose the package type

    Pick the package type from our list of supported categories.

  4. 4

    Choose the package size

    Small (0-4kg), Medium (4-12kg) or Large (12kg+) - whichever fits what you're sending.

    Add photos or notes

    Upload an image or add a note to give your delivery partner extra context.

  6. 6

    Select a delivery mode

    Choose same-day, next-day or the mode that suits your timing.

  7. 7

    Apply a promo and pay

    Apply a promo code where applicable, then pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

    Track your delivery

    Your request is complete - track progress live via the Send247 app or the WhatsApp chatbot.
